Oops! How do I cancel my bid? To cancel your bid BEFORE the auction has ended, please visit eBay's Bid Retraction page.
To cancel your bid AFTER the auction/Buy It Now has ended you will need to contact Vitality 4 Life. Since eBay charges Vitality 4 Life fees for every item we list, we must contact eBay for reimbursement of those fees when an item is not paid for. The eBay "unpaid item" notification can negatively impact your account with eBay so we do allow customers to reimburse us directly for our listing fees (approximately $5 per item), in which case we will NOT contact eBay.

I don't see a Buy It Now option, how do I purchase the item? Once 1 customer places a bid on an item eBay will remove the Buy It Now option for all customers. So if you see an item you really want and the Buy It Now option is still available, be sure to act quickly!

If an item didn't sell at auction, how do I purchase it? Vitality 4 Life lists hundreds of health products a week on eBay. When a product does not sell it is usually relisted within a few days. What are my check-out options? After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy-It-Now purchase, you have two check-out options:
Check-Out Now The easiest result is to choose to immediately proceed with your checkout and complete the payment process. This will enable you to finalize your purchase without waiting for the winning bidder email confirmation. You will be taken through to our secure Channel Advisor check out system.
Check-Out Later Within 2 hours from the end of the auction, you will be reminded via email that you are the winning bidder. This email will contain a link to enable you to pay for your item and complete your purchase through our secure Channel Advisor check out system.
Can I use eBay Check-Out to complete my purchase? No. Vitality 4 Life uses the Channel Advisor Secure checkout system that allows you to save money on shipping (by combining multiple items), confirm your address, enter optional coupons and pay for your purchase.

Check Out Emails Our check out system uses software called Channel Advisor. The emails that will come through to you will have payment links that will take you through our secure Channel Advisor check out. Confirmation emails will also come with similar links that enable you to check the status of your order, or add items to your order.
Online Ordering When you place an order with Vitality 4 Life online you will receive an immediate confirmation email prior to your order being processed. Our system will mark your item as payment received. If, for any reason, Vitality 4 Life doesn't have the product you have won in stock, we will contact you immediately to offer a refund, or place your item on back order.
How Long do I have to pay for my eBay purchase? Vitality 4 Life expects all items to be paid for within 7 days of purchase. Emails will be sent out to remind you of when and how to pay.
Can I send you a PayPal payment without using your checkout? No, it will delay your order. Our Channel Advisor checkout only takes a few minutes and allows you to:

What forms of payment does Vitality 4 Life accept? Vitality 4 Life accepts all the payment options below.

Pay Pal When using Pay Pal as a preferred method of payment it is important that you (the buyer) use the Pay Pal payment facility in the Vitality 4 Life store and DO NOT go directly to Pay Pal to make the payment otherwise the account may not be closed and your (the buyers) shipping information may not be recorded. Additionally, not completing the checkout could result in unclosed transactions and Channel Advisor checkout reminder emails may continue to be sent to you. How much will it cost to ship my item?
We try to keep shipping costs to a minimum. Please refer to the eBay auction ad for exact shipping costs..
How will my item be shipped?
Most items are delivered by Star Track Express Courier to either your home or workplace. When you paid for the winning item, you would have been asked to indicate a designated delivery address. Please include a delivery address phone number and a mobile phone number on the order so that the courier can call you.
If you are not at that designated delivery location when the courier arrives, they will leave at note receipt at the premises with the driver's mobile phone number. You will need to call the driver and arrange another drop off time.
Items for delivery outside standard courier routes, and small size items will be sent via Registered Mail through Australia Post. You will receive a card from Australia Post directing you to go to your local post office to collect the parcel.
Can I track my item? Tracking information can be supplied upon request. Please email us at Support 4 Life or call 1800 802924 for this information.
Can I pick up my item from Vitality 4 Life? Yes. Items may be picked up by prior arrangement from Head Office and warehouse in Byron Bay, NSW.
Delivery Times When your order has been processed and money received, your item will be dispatched as soon as we possibly can. This will normally be the same day or the next day.
Whilst we will do everything we can to ensure the courier company delivers the product to you as soon as possible, we cannot be held responsible for the amount of time of delivery once the item has left Vitality 4 Life warehouses.

No returns or refunds, but the full warranty is honoured.
Warranty
We handle the warranty for almost all of our products, as in most cases we are the importer. In order to activate your warranty, it's important to register your warranty with us for our records. You can register your warranty by posting, faxing or emailing us with your warranty form, or by visiting http://warranty.vitality4life.com
We take the time to source reliable, top quality products and we offer a full repair service for products you have purchased through Vitality 4 Life itself or a Vitality 4 Life reseller.
Repairs
If you think that a product you have purchased from Vitality 4 Life or reseller requires on site servicing at our service centre, please contact us before you send the item. In many instances, we can resolve the issue via email, over the phone or by sending parts.
If, via email or over the phone, it has been established that your machine does need to be physically inspected at a Vitality 4 Life service centre, please send in original box (where possible) with your name, address, copy of receipt of purchase and a brief explanation of the problem.
