1.We only accept Paypal payment.

2.If you want to conbine shipping, please do not pay any invoice before all of your bid close. After all of your bidclosed, please give us all the item numbers if necessary, then we will conbine an invoice for you.

3.Payment is expect within 7 days of auction closed. 7 days later the item may not be reserved. Unpaid auction will report eBay and the buyer may receive naegative feedback. If you have any problems could not finish payment in time please contact with us to avoid misunderstand, don't keep silence!




Shipping
1. We use AIR MAIL to ship item(s) to anywhere in the world from China. It expects 15-25 days to delivery to worldwide destinations except Italy. Unless Italy customer agree to pay extra Eur 12.00 for express mail of each shipment.

2. We do combine ship!
(1) All items to be combine must be on the same invoice. If you wan to do combine ship, please avoid to order items on different EBAY site (For example, first item you wonn was listed on ebay USA, and second was listed on ebayUK, then we can not make these two items on the same invoice, so can not give the discount for postage, you must pay the full postage for two items.)

(2) Combined shipping only valid with other purchases within 7 days from the first purchased.

(3) You cannot combine shipping with auctions that have already been checked out or paid for, so please wait until you are completey done shopping before you checkout.

3. All items are shipped out within two business day after the payment was cleared, we are not work on public holiday.



Returns
1. If buyer don't receive his(her) item(s) after 35 days since the date we shipped out his item(s), buyer can asker us to resend or refund.

(1) We will help buyer to track the shipping info.Resend or refund will be made after we got the tracking result form the post office.

(2) If buyer are an insured customer, the trace is easy, needs 2 business days.
For no Insured customer, tracking the shipping status needs some time, 10-20 business days.

(3) If, indeed, buyer didn't receive the item(s), we will resend to buyer if the item(s) he ordered is or are in stock at that time, ro we will refund full payment according to customers' requirement.

(4) If, indeed, buyer did receive the item(s), we reserve the right to report the buyer to ebay or paypal.

3. If buyer not satisifed with the item be received, buyer may return it to us for replacement or a refund within 10 days.

(1) The item(s) must be returned in all of the original packaging and a copy of customer sales invoice and ebay ID.

(2) Replacement items will be exchanged within 10 days for the day we recive the returned item(s).

(3) We will resend the parcel for free after we receive the return parcel, and the return postage is at buyer's expense.
